AXIS 6
Privacy Policy — Digital Cheff
This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Cheff handles information when you play AXIS 6 on iOS or Android.
1. Information We Collect
AXIS 6 does not require an account or personal registration. The current release stores gameplay data—such as scores, settings, progress, in-game currency, and unlocked items—locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers in the current release.
2. How We Use Information
- To save and restore your local gameplay progress and settings.
- To provide the features you choose to use in the game.
- We do not sell your data or use it for marketing communications.
3. Third-Party Services
The current release does not include advertising or use advertising identifiers. If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and may be supported by RevenueCat. Those services process purchase information under their own privacy policies.
We will update this policy before enabling cloud synchronisation, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising in a future release.
4. Children's Privacy
AXIS 6 is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
All gameplay data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app or clearing its storage removes this local data.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion, opt out of the sale of your data, and delete local gameplay data by deleting the app or clearing its storage.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. The last-updated date below will reflect any changes.
